Job Overview:
ZION MGMT is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Miami. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of properties, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs with contractors.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring optimal financial performance and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, optimizing occupancy rates.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop property management policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research to remain competitive and adjust strategies as needed.
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, and evictions in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.
Background Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
