Job Overview:
ZION MGMT is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Miami. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of properties, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate     necessary maintenance and repairs with contractors.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring optimal     financial performance and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, optimizing occupancy rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop property management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research to remain competitive and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Handle lease agreements, renewals, and evictions in   accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.

Background Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
