Job Overview:
ZION MGMT is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to join our team in Miami. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations adhere to legal and regulatory standards, managing compliance programs, and mitigating risk across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance risks, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of company practices to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and coordinate responses to compliance inquiries and audits.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate compliance documentation and reporting, including incident reports and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards, advising leadership on necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in the development and execution of risk management strategies to minimize potential compliance issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.

Background Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) are a plus.
